Help!! I'm trying to decide which camera to buy. I've really enjoyed reading your articles, so your advice is much appreciated!! I'm just a mom who wants to take good pictures of our kids. It would also be fun to learn how to do some of the 'artsy' stuff featured on your blog, too. I'm looking very seriously at Canon ... the XT, XTi, and XSi. Whichever camera I buy, it will most likely be the camera I use for a long, long time. Which of those 3 would be the best purchase?? What lens(es) are a 'must have'?? Thanks for your input!!

WendyLou, I haven't tried the XSi yet, but I'd still recommend getting the XTi and using the savings for lenses. I'd recommend a 50mm 1.8 lens to anyone. I'm going to write about it soon. Shoot me an email at info at beyondmegapixels dot com if you have any more questions.
